Los Angeles Fashion Week is not as structured and organized as New York Fashion Week in the sense that we have one sponsor, one venue and a long standing history with buyers and industry professionals.
But that certainly doesn't mean we have lesser fashions or less creativity. In fact, Los Angeles just has to get more creative! Fashion Week in Los Angeles is more of a social celebration of local fashion. Designers have presentations and runway shows throughout the week in various locations throughout the night since most of the attendees have 9-5's that aren't necessarily fashion related but are still enthusiasts, nonetheless.
Bubbly drinks are served and delectable tray pass is enjoyed while performances inspire and people network. That is 'Fashion Week' for Los Angeles. A unique experience where there is something for all!
So join me and my fellow fashion bloggers in representing Los Angeles Fashion Week on October 17th at the W Los Angeles for a night of creativity, runway, style and more!
Featuring local designer M.Dot's 2013 Collection and stylish vendors and performances.
