Though I frequent this city often, it is rare I am enjoying what Manhattan has to offer due to busy schedules and strict itineraries. So I made it a priority to take in my surroundings for once!
First stop, a stroll in Central Park. Oddly vacant at 10am, I walked from top to bottom surrounded by Autumnal colors and a crisp Winter breeze. Starting my stroll at the ice rink by Columbus Circle ending all the way to the Jackie O reservoir and 85th, I was able to take in the Upper East Side.
Onto the MET! I soaked in the artistry and history as I wandered through the halls of amazing artifacts and masterpieces. After two hours, I doubt I completed half of the exhibits.
So thankfull to finally be in an appropriate climate for my fabulous Fall wardrobe!
