A No Fuss Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day is meant for enjoying the company of loved ones. So I have mapped out a few recipes in order to create a no fuss Valentine's Day with these simple and definitely sweet recipes!

Bite Size Caprese Salad
-Slice cherry tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds
-Place one to two mozzarella pearls in the tomato half
-Finish off with a pinch of fresh basil
-Drizzle lightly with Italian balsamic 

Stuffed Pepper (Vegetarian)
-Slice red bell pepper in half and scoop out inside (seeds and all)
-Spray lightly with olive oil and cayenne pepper mix
-Bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes
-Sautee Morningstar Grillers in a skillet for 5 minutes with Pepper Jack
-Scoop Vegetarian griller mix into the baked pepper
-Finish with tapatio and cayenne pepper

Fresh Berry Smoothie
-Blend 1 cup (ea.)  fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches and mango
-Finish off with fresh berries on top for decor
Fondue Fresh Cherries
-Melt white chocolate chips with double burner while stirring until smooth
-Pour melted chocolate into fondue pot (keeping it warm)
-Dip the cherries half way while gently holding onto the stems
-Set to dry for 5 minutes on platter

Strawberry "Cheesecake" Bites
-Scoop out fresh large strawberries with a small melon baller
-Mix together Vanilla Jell-O pudding in a saucepan for 10 minutes (substitute Almond Milk for Milk)
-Allow pudding to cool for 1 hour
-Using a culinary squirt bottle, inject the pudding into the strawberries
-Place the bites in the freezer for 30  minutes and enjoy chilled!
